Before joining Hill & Lock, he founded and led multiple ventures, including AdPlex, a retail marketing company that grew to $130 million in annual sales and 850 employees, and GoThink Marketing, which evolved into the digital retail platform Relationshop®, now Stor.ai and Mercatus. He remains chairman of the board and the largest shareholder.
A professional illustrator by training, Galen blends creativity with strategic thinking to solve business challenges and drive growth. His leadership focuses on lean operations, flat organizational structures, and optimizing cash flow.
Known for transforming businesses through innovation, efficiency, and culture-driven leadership, Galen brings exceptional insight and vision to Hill & Lock’s ongoing growth and success.
Nathaniel Ludwig
CCO
Nate brings over 20 years of leadership experience in business management, with a focus on the retail lumber, hardware supply, and construction industries. A visionary and results-driven executive, he has a strong record of driving growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Hill & Lock, Nate founded and scaled a successful construction spray foam conglomerate and later served as Vice President of a $100 million company, where he played a key role in guiding major growth and solidifying market leadership.
Known for his deep expertise in construction management and business development, Nate combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to build strong, sustainable organizations.
